1. Agreement to Terms By accessing the website of The Cake Zone (managed by Abdul Dayud) and placing an order via WhatsApp or Phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
- All orders are finalized through direct communication (WhatsApp/Call).
- An order is considered “Confirmed” only after the customer provides complete delivery details and a valid payment screenshot.
- The Cake Zone reserves the right to refuse any order due to unavailability of slots or ingredients.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are subject to change based on customization, flavor, and weight.
- Payments must be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or Bank Transfer.
- Full or partial advance payment is required to start the baking process.
4. Modification of Orders Any changes to the cake design, flavor, or delivery time must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may incur extra charges.
5. Pickup and Delivery
- For home delivery, the customer must ensure someone is available to receive the cake.
- If the delivery person has to wait more than 15 minutes, or if the address is wrong, extra delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
6. Intellectual Property All photos of cakes sent to you or displayed on the website are the property of The Cake Zone. You may not use our brand name or photos for commercial purposes without permission.
