1. Nature of Service The Cake Zone, managed by Abdul Dayud, operates as a custom bakery service. By using our website and placing an order via WhatsApp or Phone Call, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.
2. Order Confirmation (WhatsApp & Calls) As we primarily handle orders through WhatsApp and Direct Calls, the customer is responsible for verifying the final order summary (Flavor, Design, Message, and Delivery Date). Once the order is confirmed on chat and the process begins, The Cake Zone is not liable for any miscommunications or errors in the details provided by the customer.
3. Product Appearance & Variation All our cakes are handcrafted and made-to-order. Therefore, the final product may have slight variations in color, shade, or artistic design compared to the reference images or photos provided. No two cakes are exactly identical.
4. Delivery & Delays We strive for 100% on-time delivery. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- Unreachable contact numbers at the time of delivery.
- External factors like heavy traffic, accidents, or extreme weather conditions.
5. Payment Security We accept payments only through secure UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) or Bank Transfers. The Cake Zone will NEVER ask for your Bank PIN, OTP, or Password. Please do not share sensitive financial information with anyone.
6. Allergen Warning Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, wheat, nuts, or soy. It is the customer’s duty to inform us of any specific allergies at the time of ordering.
